Deshia leads Youth Restoration Services with a commitment ot providing a safe, structured ,and supportive enviornment where youth can grow, develop, and reach their full potential.
Gladys Ayers
Senior Program Director
With over 15 years in youth development, Sarah focuses on life skills and education, providing the academic foundation for our residential program.
Robert Plowden
Senior Counselor/Supervisor
Robert brings five years of experience in working with children and families in a childcare and is currently pursuing an Associat degree in Human Services. His experience has strengthened his commitment to supporting young people through stucture, guidance, accountability, and positive relationships
